Otherwise \u2192 Go to arbitrator! \ud83c\udfc3\u200d\u2642\ufe0f\u27a1\ufe0f\u2696\ufe0f\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u26a1 Condition: The party must apply <em>before filing their first statement<\/em> in court.<br>(If you already gave your first statement \u2192 too late! \ud83d\ude05)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sub-section (2): The Document Check \ud83d\udcdc\ud83d\udd0d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Court uncle says: \u201cShow me proof of this arbitration pact!
